See a Doctor Whenever, Wherever

When you’re sick and need care quick, a Virtual Visit is a convenient way to start feeling better faster. With a Virtual Visit, you can see and talk to a doctor via mobile device or computer - 24/7, no appointment needed. The doctor can give you a diagnosis and prescription, if needed.

We offer two types of FSAs: healthcare and dependent care. FSAs allow you to set aside pre-tax money to pay for eligible healthcare or dependent care expenses.

Did you know that regular dental checkups keep your smile bright and also help keep your whole body healthy? Our dental coverage, offered through Ameritas, provides cleanings, exams and x-rays. If there’s a problem, your plan helps with the cost of dental work.

Vision coverage helps with the cost of eyeglasses or contacts. Even if you don’t need vision correction, an annual eye exam checks the health of your eyes and can even detect more serious health issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and thyroid disease. We offer vision coverage through Ameritas which uses the VSP Network.

Life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance help protect your family’s financial security against the unexpected. RV Retailer provides $15,000 in basic life coverage for full-time employees. Basic life coverage includes AD&D coverage equal to the employee’s basic life benefit. Benefit reduces to 65% at age 65 and 50% at age 70. Voluntary elections are also available.

Our hospital indemnity plan helps cover unexpected costs when you’re admitted to the hospital for a covered illness or injury. You receive a lump-sum payment for certain surgeries and related costs, then you can use the money for any expenses (medical or non-medical). This benefit is available for you, your spouse and your dependent children. Employees over the age of 69 are not eligible to enroll. After initial enrollment, Hospital Indemnity coverage will continue as long as an insured is actively at work.

RV Retailer offers voluntary STD to all full-time employees for purchase at group rates. These benefits help replace a portion of your income if you’re unable to work because of an illness or injury.

Accident insurance can pay you money based on the injury and the treatment you receive, whether it’s a simple sprain or something more serious, like an injury from a car accident. Your plan can pay you a benefit for an emergency room treatment, stitches, crutches, injury-related surgery and a list of other accident-related expenses. The money is paid directly to you, and you decide how to spend it. If you elect coverage for yourself, you can also elect to cover your eligible dependents.

This program will provide you the RV Retailer best practices for working through the sales process. You will learn the best tactics to for customer follow-up, product walk arounds, handling objections, the proper way to perform a needs assessment, and so much more. This interactive program will allow you to learn how to create the best customer experience directly from the most successful RV Retailer managers.

This Program is designed to give our associates a hands on opportunity to equip themselves with the tools needed to have a successful career in the RV industry and a bright future with RV Retailer. This Program is comprised of a growing library of individual courses and training tracks designed to help you introduce, nurture and master the applications of the best practices in sales, finance, and team leadership.

This series is comprised of high skilled and hard working leaders within our technician and service manager departments nationally. Mentors will be taught the best practices for in person and virtual education for RV technical service work and customer service standards while maintain all of RV Retailers Core Values.
