FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – RV Retailer LLC (RVR) held its third Leadership Summit on Feb. 17 at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Ga.
RVR’s top leaders from across 94 stores in 29 states convened to celebrate the tremendous achievements from 2021 and align around a bold plan for the future, according to a release.
“The Leadership Summit was a huge success,” stated RVR Chief Executive Officer and President Jon Ferrando. “Along with our RVR University, the Leadership Summit is a major investment in our top leaders. We celebrated our success in 2021 as the fastest growing RV dealership group in the industry adding 52 stores in 52 weeks. We set a bold strategy and game plan to continue growing in 2022 and beyond in all aspects of our business.”
“We also focused on the incredible culture we are building around investing in our people and the exceptional customer experience we strive to provide in RV sales, service and during our customers’ RV ownership life cycle,” added Ferrando. “The experience is supported by our passionate associates engaging with our customers to provide that exceptional experience.”
The Leadership Summit comes on the heels of the recently announced achievement of Motor Home Specialists as the No. 1 motorized dealer in the U.S. for the ninth straight year, according to Statistical Surveys Inc., the Grand Rapids, Mich.-based provider of retail registrations and consumer demographic data.
